Beach Café (Westin Resort, St. John) – this is a more formal beachfront restaurant with a fantastic open air bar that is open for dinner. Some nights they have live entertainment, and others, buffet style themed dining. The resort does a great job in mixing up the selections.
Banana Tree Grille (Bluebeard’s Castle, Charlotte Amalie Harbor, St. Thomas) – this restaurant offers fine dining overlooking the world-famous Charlotte Amalie Harbor. Items on Banana Tree Grille’s menu ranges from Asian to Caribbean, Mediterranean, and steaks, as well as the failsafe seafood meals. Many visitors on TripAdvisor.com have highly rated its food & service.
